Nassim Nicholas Taleb's Lindy effect concept & Raw Honey

👉 In the year 2012, famous author Nassim Nicholas Taleb coined the term Lindy effect in his book antifragile. The Lindy effect is a theory that the Future life expectancy of some non-perishable things like a technology or an idea is proportional to their current age so that every additional period of survival implies a longer remaining life expectancy.

👉 But not everything follows the Lindy effect. For example, for people, as they survive for another year, their future life expectancy generally decreases, and as life is perishable, it can't be classified into the Lindy effect category.

👉 Nassim also mentions that he does not eat any food which does not have a greek name and does not read a book that has been around for at least 20 years and is still famous. He drinks only water, coffee & wine because, as per him, only these three liquids can fit into his theory.

👉 Honey is also eaten by humans for almost 10,000 years now, and according to his theory, we will be eating it for another 10,000 years, at least, and which makes it a safe bet when you are looking to add more nutrition in your kitchen.
