What is the difference between Nectar and Honey?

Nectar is the juice that bees extract from flowers. This nectar has the same chemical property of processed sugar, i.e., this nectar is pure sucrose.

Honey bees breakdown this nectar into fructose and glucose and evaporates its extra water to make this nectar into Raw Honey.
