It is straight-out-of-the-hive honey. During the Honey harvesting season, we extract this raw honey in Vessels and store it at our facility, and generally, it can consumed directly.

Raw Honey is unprocessed, which means it is not adulterated.

Yes, it is entirely safe to eat. We regularly conduct C3 & C4 batch testing on our products to make sure they are free from adulteration and have the right consistency.

We have listed the benefits of all the honey products that we have in the product description. We have compiled this list after doing internal and external research. If you are not able to find specific honey that you are looking for, you can contact us, and we would be able to assist you with it.

We have 4 layers of cushion to the bottle, with multiple layers of bubble-sheets. All the Honey delivered by us is in Glass Jar containers.

Yes, all the honey sold by us is shipped in Glass Jars.

We sell 1 kg  Honey Jars.

We offer two modes of buying for our customers. Either you can make a one time purchase, or can select an Autoship option with recurring billing.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and size of product. Currently, all the shipping is done from Haryana, India

It’s not possible to cancel an order after it’s been placed. When you receive your order, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your Raw Honey, you can always call us at +91-865-216-7872 to return them.

  

Orders placed by 4 PM (IST) will usually ship the same day, and most customers receive their orders in 6 days in India. International orders take 15 days for delivery. 


You will receive a tracking ID on your email after a successful shipment from our facility. You can track package status from this tracking ID.

  

We ship via  Delhivery, Fedex  and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.


Add your desired product to the cart and  select one-time purchase or subscription purchase option based on your preference and proceed to checkout. Enter shipping and payment details to complete the purchase. Once payment is confirmed, an automatic email will be sent to your email id as a receipt.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard for recurring subscriptions.
  • We accept PayTM, Google pay, UPI, Rupay Debit, Visa and MasterCard for one-time purchase.

If you’re having trouble with your credit or debit card, make sure the billing address matches the address on file with your credit card and/or bank. Enter the name and credit card number exactly the way you see it on the card. Before you place your order, add the CVV, a 3-digit code found on the back of your card.


Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery.

Our policy is simple: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your honey supplies, you can return them within 30 days of purchase.


If the honey you received is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.


www.scrollingbee.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, www.scrollingbee.com does not take title to the refunded item.

Autoship lets you schedule regular deliveries of your honey supplies as a regular subscription.


In the products page, while making a purchase you can select Autoship Option to start your recurring Honey subscription.

Autoship subscription is designed for people regularly use honey and need on weekly or monthly basis. With Autoship you can manage the amount of honey you want to buy, the type of honey you want to buy and when you want its delivery.

When your next Autoship delivery is coming up, we’ll send you an email reminder that includes the most up-to-date prices for the items in your order. Prices can fluctuate as we stay competitive with other online retailers.

Note: If subscription is cancelled after dispatch of the honey of that perticular month will not be cancelled.

Yes, we are charging 5% GST on the honey. But this is all inclusive in the MRP. So you don’t have to pay anything extra.

No, it does not have sugar in it, and to maintain this, we regularly conduct C3 & C4 testing on our procured batches to make sure that Honey delivered by us is unprocessed.

When honey gets thick, the containers are placed under sunlight or in slight warm water so that honey can be stirred and filled in Jar bottles.

It is recommended to avoid giving honey to infants under the age of 12 months to prevent Botulism.

No, we do not  pasteurize our Honey.
